CHATEAU DES TOURELLES
The vineyard of Château des Tourelles is located in the heart of NEAC district. It is surrounded by the most famous appellations and châteaux of Montagne Saint Emilion and Pomerol, Petrus included. François Janoueix refurbished the cellar to benefit from modern equipment for the winemaking.

The wines of Château des TOURELLES combine a well-balanced structure and elegance.
These wines are representative from the great terroir of the plateau of NEAC: very concentrated color with natural aromas, long length, very pure and round.
The vineyard
Located on an ideal plateau soil to produce the best Lalande de Pomerol wine, Néac is one of the highest points of the area. The soil is composed mainly of gravels which is helping maturation of the grapes and concentration.

Grape varieties:
60% Merlot
20% Cabernet Sauvignon
20% Cabernet Franc
The grapes are handpicked, sorted out, and maceration is taking place in stainless
steel vats. There is six weeks of maceration with rack and return technique to extract
elegant tannins and fruit.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels from Darnajou Cooper and other local providers
